Collecting a SIP Trace
1. Make sure that the testing call will be unencrypted: sign in to the Web Admin Interface and
go to Configuration > Call settings. Ensure that SIP Media Encryption is disabled.
2. Go to Configuration > Outbound calls, and ensure that the appropriate Outbound Calls
rule has Encryption set to Unencrypted.
3. Flush the DNS cache on the Acano server or virtualized deployment:
a. sign in to the MMP and execute the following commands in turn: dns mmp flush and
dns app flush
